Terms of sale
These terms govern annual StaticGuard licenses sold by COMM’ON to consumers and businesses.

Public prices include 20% French VAT. Stripe hosts payment and card details are never stored by COMM’ON.
1. Seller

2. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to annual Site, Pro and Agency licenses. Before payment, the customer can review the selected plan, price, activation limit and current terms.

4. Order, payment and delivery
Annual payment is collected through Stripe Checkout. The license is delivered after signed payment confirmation. The customer requests immediate access and separately acknowledges the consequences for the consumer withdrawal right before payment.
5. Term and renewal
A paid license runs for one year and renews for the same period when automatic renewal is enabled. Renewal can be disabled online before the next due date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
6. Consumer withdrawal
Consumers normally have fourteen days from contract conclusion. When they expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge losing the right once supply begins, withdrawal ends at that point under French consumer law.
7. License use
The customer receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to install StaticGuard on the number of websites included in the plan. Keys and activations may not be resold or shared to bypass plan limits.
8. Customer responsibilities
The customer must maintain WordPress, extensions, themes, hosting and backups; protect account and license access; test publication and restore procedures; and use StaticGuard only on authorized websites.
9. Compatibility and security
StaticGuard reduces the attack surface but does not replace updates, backups, hosting security or access management. Compatibility depends on PHP, WordPress, the server, themes and plugins and must be confirmed by the built-in diagnostic.
10. Expiration
An expired license does not disable the static copy already online. Pro updates, automation, monitoring, repair, advanced login protection and related support may stop at expiry.
11. Statutory digital conformity
Consumers retain mandatory French statutory conformity rights for digital content and services throughout the supply period.
12. Liability
Each party is responsible for direct damage caused by a proven breach. Where legally permitted, liability to a business customer is capped at the pre-tax amount paid for the affected license in the preceding twelve months. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.
13. Personal data
Account, payment, license and support processing is described in the privacy policy.
14. Consumer mediation and disputes
After an unresolved written complaint, a consumer may use the consumer mediator appointed by COMM’ON once its membership details are published. French law applies. Business disputes, where legally permitted, fall under the competent courts of Ajaccio; consumer jurisdiction rights remain unaffected.
